Bandmates was opened only a short time after Dave's original appearance on Gilmore Girls, as we had already begun a following. The title originated from a thread title suggestion on Fanforum, where the fans originally congregated.

Version 1.0 - Dyed Purple

This first layout was pretty simple, as there were hardly any pictures of Lane and Dave on the internet, especially ones where they're together. The colour was inspired both to even out the kinda crappy quality of the picture, and because of Lane's attempt at rebellion by dying her hair bright purple. [Nov 4/02 - Feb 19/03]
